On Jan. 27, 2014, Sinofert Holdings Limited (Sinofert) and Dow AgroSciences (DAS) held the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation on Entrench® Nitrogen Stabiliser in Beijing. Feng Zhibin, CEO of Sinofert, and Pierre Flye Sainte Marie, Regional Head of Asia, DAS, conducted in-depth discussions and signed on the agreement on behalf of both parties.
        According to the agreement, DAS will authorize Sinofert to exclusively develop the marketing of Entrench® Nitrogen Stabiliser in China. The cooperation will cover the fertilizers with N nutrient in China, including urea and NPK, and jointly promote the market application of stablised fertilizer with the existing sales of Entrench® Nitrogen Stabiliser in China, so as to significantly increase fertilizer efficiency, reduce emission and energy consumption, protect the water, soil and air, and to lead a new round of technological revolution of the fertilizer industry.
        Mr. Marie said that DAS would continue to provide the best quality and the most competitive product, and would provide resource and technology support to the product development of Sinofert.
        Mr. Feng thanked DAS for selecting Sinofert to be its strategic partner in the Chinese market. He said that Entrench® Nitrogen Stabiliser would be helpful for Sinofert to promote new philosophical revolution and technical application in the fertilizer production sector and to carry out its responsibilities and mission in the agricultural modernization and the food security strategy of China.
