On Mar. 26, 2014, Wang Hongjun, CEO of Sinofert, met with the company’s local employees in Hong Kong. Mr. Wang said that it was his pleasure joining the team of Sinofert and the company had been paying much attention to the development of the Hong Kong office and the working situation of all the local employees. 

Mr. Wang said that under the impact of the whole industry, there was a big difference between the company’s performance and the budget in 2013. In the end of last year and the beginning of this year, the management conducted serious discussions on the industry situation and the company’s development. We believe that there are both challenges and opportunities in the industry. China’s agriculture is undergoing reforms and the opportunities presented during this process have enhanced our confidence. The company made a new budget for this year and the performance of the first quarter of 2014 has been quite good. We have confidence that we will achieve the annual budget, returning good performance to the investors and benefiting our employees.

Taking the opportunity of this meeting, Mr. Wang thanked the staff in Hong Kong for their contributions to the company and he encouraged everyone to make suggestions to the development of the company. Mr. Wang emphasized that so long as the whole company was committed to hard efforts in seizing the opportunities, the company could reach a higher level of development.
