On Jan. 7, 2014, Feng Zhibin, CEO of Sinofert, visited and inspected Sinofert Jilin Branch Company and listened to the reports by the general managers of Sinofert’s 3 branch companies in northeast China. Mr. Feng studied and made deployments on the regional integration of northeast China. The General Manager of Sinochem Changshang Fertilizer Company Limited was also present at the meeting.

While listening to the reports, Mr. Feng requested that the 3 branch companies change the style of working, enhance their internal strength, & strengthen customer base, product positioning, agrichemical service, team building and performance evaluation, so as to ensure to achieve the operational budget of 2014.

From 8th to 9th, Mr. Feng visited Sinochem Changshan, inspected all of the 11 workshops and the site of the expansion projects, listened to the reports made by the executives of Sinochem Changsheng, and conducted informal discussions with the management and middle-level managers of the company.

Mr. Feng hoped that Sinochem Changshan would adhere to the philosophy of “creating value and pursuing excellence”, consolidate the managerial foundation of the company, & enhance the HSE work, as well as focusing on the expansion projects and playing a positive and constructive role in the strategy of regional integration in northeast China, so as to bring the work and managing level of 2014 to a higher level and to live up to the expectations of the shareholders and the employees.
