A corporate governance committee was established by the Board on 22 March 2012 (the 揅orporate Governance Committee?) with its written terms of reference. The Corporate Governance Committee currently comprises four members. The Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee is Mr. QIN Hengde(Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer) and the other members are Mr. Harry Yang (Executive Director), Ms. CHEUNG Kar Mun, Cindy(Company Secretary) and Ms. CAO Jing(Office of the board of directors).
