In 2003, Sinofert cooperated with China Agricultural University and set up the Sinochem-China Agricultural University R&D Center to conduct researches on special fertilizer prescription and scientific fertilization methods.

In 2006, Sinofert worked with the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) to establish the “Sinofert-CAAS Soil Testing and Formulated Fertilization Technology Center”, thus creating a three-level Soil Testing and Formulated Fertilization system.

This system provides free soil testing formulas for farmers every year and creates land archives for them as well.
